  • Basic Training Mon/Wed 7:00 – 7:55 pm 2/6/12 – 3/14/12 ($199)
  • Final Conditioning Mon/Wed 7:00 – 7:55 pm 2/6/12 – 2/29/12 ($135)Note: This is a 4-week session designed for those athletes making final preparations for the spring sports season beginning 3/5/12.
  • Strength and Power Tues/Thur 7:00 – 7:55 pm 2/7/12 – 3/15/12 ($199)
  • Additional six 55-minute One on One Personal Fitness Training sessions ($330)
