Outdoor Cycling Classes

If you are looking for some added endurance work and want to train in a safe, socially-distanced group environment, join us for cycling on Fridays at 8:00AM.

We have done a few impromptu cycling sessions, and they have all been positive. Now we have enough interest to provide it as a regular offering! Sam or Haley will be hosting the session in our parking lot, with plenty of social distance and of course some good music that is synced up to the cadence of the ride.

Summer Retreat Weekend 2020

The retreat weekend has been a crucial part of One on One’s long-term success. It gives us an opportunity to get away from the “Day to Day” and reinvigorate ourselves to live our mission of helping people love healthy and lives. We had a blast & are grateful to spend some quality time with our amazing team!

Sweat & Stretch

It’s official!! We are hosting weekly virtual Sweat and Stretch sessions.

Sweat & Stretch consists of 40 mins of stretching and corrective exercise focused on posture, mobility, and stability. Non-affiliates are welcome! Please click here to register before your first session. We hope you join us!
