Gbolahan completed One on One’s Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program in February of 2015. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2014 with a degree in Kinesiology (Movement Science option) and is a NASM certified personal trainer.
Since starting in 2015, his role has evolved from a personal trainer to a quality control leader. He is largely responsible for providing continuing education and ensures that One on One’s services are as excellent as they can be. Additionally, he delivers personal training, small group training, and large group training services on a full-time basis. He believes that a strong spirit of caring, exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are key factors that make an excellent fitness professional.
Gbolahan is passionate about helping people be successful with their health and fitness for the long-term. Building rapport with clients through excellent communication is crucial to helping people be successful from day one. He also promotes One on One’s “Healthy and Happy” concept… that to be successful for the long-term, you must enjoy the process. If you sacrifice your happiness to get more fit, you will have difficulty sustaining any lifestyle changes.
Finally, Gbolahan loves to workout! When he’s not training clients, he enjoys exercising himself by trying new protocols and testing new methods to get better results.
