Mission Statement:

To provide fitness professionals the knowledge, tools, and opportunities needed to be successful in the personal training industry. One on One’s tradition of excellence has been built on its commitment to stay cutting edge through learning and continued education.

Mentorships:

Mentorships are available to both individuals and small groups. They are customized to suit the participants, but generally involve a mix of fitness and business. For example, while some are interested in our programming and client management protocols, others may want to know more about our business model, culture and client retention strategies. Subject matter and itineraries are determined in advance through either phone or electronic communication.
