Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, ripened
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup almond flour
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pistachios

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
3. Add in eggs, oil, vanilla, baking soda, and sea salt. Whisk together.
4. Add almond flour in ½ cup at a time and stir.
5. Add cranberries and pistachios.
6. Once everything is properly mixed, bake for 35 to 45 minutes in greased, standard bread pan.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
