Yoga

Our Yoga programming combines the One on One philosophy of movement science with a synthesis of the best of ancient and contemporary yoga techniques. Our customized sessions are designed for individuals or small groups. One on One Yoga enables the participant to find a personal balance of strength and flexibility. The combination of focused breathing with flowing movements promotes feelings of well being as stress levels decline.

An appropriately designed yoga training program will:

  • Create balance by developing strength and flexibility
  • Provide relief from chronic pain or muscular tightness
  • Assist in stress management
  • Raise postural awareness

Personalized Yoga Training

 Following a review of your medical history and goals, our yoga instructor will design a preliminary combination of Hatha yoga postures and breathing patterns. Your Personalized Yoga sessions can be either instructional or progressive and on-going, depending on your needs. Thirty and sixty minute sessions are available.


Yoga for Two

Join a friend or family member for yoga training tailored to the needs of both participants. Yoga for Two is an excellent way to enjoy this healthy and relaxing activity in a quiet and private setting.
