Nutrition Counseling

One on One offers comprehensive counseling services for individuals, groups, and families. Nutrition counseling starts with an initial consultation and consists of 30 or 55 minute follow-up sessions. Our nutrition services are accepted by most major health insurance providers*.

Take Charge!

Our most comprehensive program, Take Charge! is a 12 week program that consists of an initial consultation, six follow-up consultations and 12 weeks of unlimited email support. The Take Charge program is accepted by most major medical insurance providers*.

The Prize Club

Sustaining healthy nutrition habits is about more than nutrition education. The Prize Club educates and empowers members to take control of their lives by giving them the tools, support, and inspiration to break destructive habits and create new ones.
