Nutrition Habit Challenge 2012

“Behaviors practiced over time become habits”
Most of us understand the value of good nutrition…nourishing our bodies for optimal wellness. Unfortunately, many of us struggle with putting this knowledge into practice on a daily basis. If this sounds too familiar, join us for One on One’s Nutrition Habit Challenge 2012.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose one or two nutritional behaviors that you would like to change. They must be specific and well-defined.
- Register before midnight 1/29/12 to participate. You will have the option of making your commitment private or sharing it with other participants.
- For every day you are successful implementing your new behavior, you receive one point. You can keep track of your points on an individual scorecard provided by your trainer. Additionally, please record your weekly points on the master scoresheet posted at One on One or on the fitness center bulletin board at Minitab.
- Your trainer will serve as an accountability buddy. We encourage you to not only share your commitment with them, but also keep them informed of your progress. Give them a chance to support you through the process. For that matter, you may want to consider letting others know of your intentions so they can support you through the process. Allowing others to help you, helps them!
