Throwback to Blah Buster 2015

It is hard to sugar coat…. February can be cold, dreary and a bit of a drag!

Here are 3 tips to consider as we enter National Blah Buster Month:

  1. Get Organized- Do you have some “catching up” to do? December and January are notoriously busy months, and perhaps things have gone haywire as we get caught in the “busyness” of life. Maybe you’re already organized, but want to do some yearly planning/goal setting. Getting organized may sound boring, but can be quite liberating when completed.
  2. Exercise- It’s no secret that exercise is a mood enhancer. If you are feeling “blah,” exercise wherever and however possible. Consider this, when was the last time you regretted doing an exercise session? Get moving and charge up your body!
  3. Have Fun- Let’s face it, there’s not much to be excited about in February! No holidays, no football and no sunshine! Your task is to create your own fun. Do something that will spice up your life such as trying a new hobby or starting new personal project.

Beat the blahs with One on One by attending our “Blah Buster” workouts.

We are hosting two community-wide workouts during the month. Come to One on One on Saturday, February 11 and Saturday, February 18 at 2:00 PM. Please bring your family/friends. Pre-registration is required. Limited spots available. Click here to reserve your spot.
