Our training is a little different than you might expect…no long slow cardio sessions here! Efficiency is the name of the game. We focus on boosting metabolism through a combination of targeted resistance training, interval training and recovery strategies. This type of training, combined with healthy nutrition practices, creates an environment in which the body prioritizes the use of body fat to meet the increased energy needs of a revved up metabolism. It’s not just how many calories are burned while exercising, but how many are burned throughout the day as a result of your exercising.
